Active Heating is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join us in Watertown, SD! As an HVAC Commercial Installer (Tinner), you’ll help install HVAC systems in commercial buildings while working alongside a supportive crew.

Position: Full-Time
Pay: $18–$25/hr (DOE)

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Overtime available

  • Occasional weekends as needed

What You Need

  • Must be 18 or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • Ability to pass drug and background checks

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Can follow safety procedures

  • Able to multitask and stay on schedule

  • Shows up on time and ready to work
