~Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator~

We are seeking a versatile Sales, Marketing, & Recruiting Coordinator to support our brand presence and growth initiatives. This role includes creating and scheduling social media content, writing newsletters and promotional materials, developing and monitoring digital ad campaigns, updating website content, and coordinating events and community outreach. The position also involves tracking marketing performance, maintaining contact lists, managing employee recruitment, and providing general office support as needed.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Communications

  • Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms.
  • Draft blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and other written materials.
  • Design marketing and recruiting materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics.
  • Update and maintain company website content.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.).
  • Coordinate marketing promotions, sales campaigns, and special offers.
  • Support planning and promotion of company events and community activities.

Brand & Customer Engagement

  • Utilize internal CRM/dispatch program to maximize customer communication and satisfaction (on the job training provided).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments via social media and email.
  • Collect and organize customer reviews, testimonials, and case studies.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

Recruiting

  • Create and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Support recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and campus initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate employee appreciation activities and events.

Administrative & Support Duties

  • Maintain marketing databases and email contact lists.
  • Coordinate with vendors (printers, designers, media reps, etc.).
  • Administer vendor co-op advertising budgets.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
  • Provide general office support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Compensation

$23 - $26 DOE per hour
